Directions:

To Eastern and Western Trailheads at Pleasant Grove. From Interstate 64, travel south on U.S. Route 15 through the village of Palmyra, and turn west (right) on Route 53. The Eastern Trailhead is 100-200 yards west on Rt 53 (turn right). The Western Trailhead is about one half mile farther along Rte 53 at the main entrance to Pleasant Grove. The trailhead is located behind the pole barns at the rear of the property. Coming from the west on Rte 53 you will encounter the Western Trailhead entrance first followed by the Eastern Trailhead.  Both are well marked.

The Heritage Rail Trail is located in the center of Palmyra at the parking lot opposite the county administration building and new courthouse on Main Street. One can enter Main Street from Rte 15 at both ends of the village.
